Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1 business day of receipt of the order. Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched as soon as new stocks arrive.

Delivery Delays or Problems:
We here at DVDWorldUSA try very hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and the date you see on your confirmation e-mail is the date that your order was dispatched from us.
There are a number of reasons why mail could be delayed, most commonly because imported mail can be side-tracked through customs. This can delay an entire shipment for an unspecified amount of time. This is beyond our control and we ask our customers to be patient in this event.
UK Royal Mail Delivery Problems
Postal delays are uncommon, but do happen from time to time. If you do not receive your goods within the expected time period please wait an additional day or two before contacting us.
Due to possible postal delays (including customs and/or industrial action), we will not consider that any item is lost or stolen until after 15 days from the date of despatch from the UK.
All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class, which is an insured service and we retain the proof of posting.
Should any order not be received in the expected time, Royal Mail will consider it lost or stolen as long as their required procedure is followed (they insist on this to eliminate any fraudulent claims).
If you have an order which has not been received within 15 days of despatch from the UK, please contact us and you will be asked to fill-in a non-delivery declaration/claim.
